to watch it fall...

i've learned so much during this fall semester of college..

-your alarm clock is your best friend. and your enemy.
-love your roommates, they will be the people who will see you at your worst, best, and everything in between.
-DO NOT PROCRASTINATE
-going to class hungover at 8am isn't as cool as you would think, but it makes discussions in philosophy1050 reaaaaally interesting.
-ramen noodles are amazing. and extremely bad for you... but who cares? you're gonna gain 15 pounds anyway so might as well enjoy doing it while you can
-you slowly go from getting up early to get all cute-ified to rolling out of bed and stumbling out of the room (hopefully with pants on)
-there are some things you can't control...end of story.
-you will actually find time to go work out but the extreme body builders and britney spears-lookalikes will give you the tendency to step off the treadmill and reach for a snickers bar in defeat
-partying is fun, but movie nights with your girls are even better!
-finding love is hard... so stop looking. let it find you.
-you will miss your family more than you will ever admit.. especially when you're coughing up lungs and feeling like your head is on the verge of explosion.
-even if you hated your high school, you'll find yourself talking about it at the most random moments.
-sitting in an auditorium of 200 people really isn't that bad... it does make going to class a bit harder though.
-ihop, taco cabana, taco bell... sound familiar?
-you won't be made fun of for spending hours studying.
-and most importantly...
you will realize how much fun you had with your friends in high school. you will remember the good times, reminisce, and maybe even wish you could turn back time and relive those moments... making new friends is always rad, but keeping your old ones works too :)

i'm at unt.... and its really different from loyola .. i got soo homesick (not for dallas, for nola) the other night... i called bryan and almost cried because i was 2 seconds from saying "do you wanna go hang out?" cuz i randomly thought i was still in nola...

i think i'm starting to get used to the campus.. i havent gotten lost yet which is good.. i've gone to philosophy, eng writing, poli sci, and psychology so far... my fave is prob phil or poli sci... my english class is RIDICULOUS!! its for like 2nd graders... i was excited to finally write essays and papers again and all of a sudden, we're handed worksheets on "what is a noun?".. i was like what...the...hell?? so i'm thinking of asking if i can test out bc i'm feeling really bored there..

anyway so i've been hanging out with my roomie, suitemates, matt shoestore (yay), random bl people (i'm goin to a party on fri with sara and tuvy), and some new kids i met who are pretty nice... of course i've hung out with dees! i hung out with my first night here actually... went to his house filled with guys.. so i was not only the youngest, but the only girl! aaaawwkward much? haha...

last night was my bonding time with TIMMM!! hahah good times... we went to pick up michelle at TWU and of course, a 5 minute drive took an hour bc we're dumbasses.... ate at ihop (oh yummmm... im so hungry right now, i havent eaten at all today bc i've been so busy) and i showed them my dorm.. oh then i had a floor meeting so they sat in my room til i was done. then we went to the mall and walked around and i finally realized how much hw i had so i went home... hahaha i made tim cry yesterday! not in a bad way, he was laughing really hard. neway.. then i hung out with stephanie for awhile and then my suitemates/their friends... did hw and went to bed...

i'm supposed to meet up with alot of people tonight but i have a 930am class tomorrow so i guess i should go home early huh? riiighttt...

im prob gonna go to myrtle beach with bryan and alex YAY! that'll be funnn.... i miss those loyno boys... "you were my first friend at loyola... wait what am i talking about? you were my ONLY friend!" hahaha!!!!!

i miss everyone right nowww... u know who you are!

COLLEGE STATION OR AUSTIN THIS WEEKEND WITH TIM MIKE AND CHRISTIAN! yes you guys ARE going.... haha actually im not sure bc i have my psych test on monday... but we will be going sometime soon!!
